Eden, It's possibly a permissions thing. I have two questions for you. 1.) Are you uploading the images in binary mode. 2.) Are the folders and images set with Chmod permissions properly to be seen by others? I have been working this week on updating an old tutorial of mine for my members.....nowhere near done yet. If its a unix server it might be changing the case from lower to upper or vice versa. I had a prob like that once.
