Google Directory Link Gone

I had to check this out. Went to google, then clicked on "more" The directory was listed there with a PR10. Maybe they are trying to make the froogle a preferred way to search, and putting the directory pages deeper in? I would imagine thay stand to make more money from the froogle as opposed to the directory? I dunno.. just a thought?

hmm. i wonder how they have 10 on so many pages.

HOw's Google making money from Froogle? Adwords on the side? They don't charge for your products to be included.

yeah its the ads. but i bet they have a different long term strategy.

Maybe they are trying to "brand" google as a good way to shop, more than make money? (For right now) The more people that they get to use their site, the better for them...
