my parents, i dont like them, and they want to home school me part time...but they cant teach. i want to know if i can legally force them to put me back in a normal public school cause they're weird.

i turn 16 right before school starts, about a week and a half i think, august 22. and they want to home school me because they consider public schooling imoral. so they are sending me to a charter schoool which didnt except me full time because they submitted too late, so i got in part time. which means they have to homeschool me. i learned nothing last year, public school was a breaht of fresh air for the intelect. I just made a teen legal forum, teen rights, the URL will be http://www.minorrights.myfreebb.com/ I'm going to make a website with information and links to go with it.
