Correct me if I am wrong because I am new at this. Is not anchor text a hyperlink to another page. If so what phrase are you referring to? There is a hyperlink on the index page to customer testimonials, should this be changed to reflect some other wording.

yes it should panda. the more pages you have it on the better. the more you refer to the page with the same name, the better the page generally ranks in google.
