Basically I'm selling the entire site. I won't have the time to manage it with my other sites. It grew out of hand WAY to fast. The site is an online game. The entire site is all based around that game. Currently the site has 3,350 members. It has only been online for a month. This is garunteed to grow to be a very large online community. The site could be a gold mine if it got in to the right marketing hands. I'm selling the site as a whole. Comes with the domain, the source code I spent 100's of hours programming, and the entire Database full of the registered users. I developed the site. There isnt much content that needs to be added. Just the news section once in a while. You may want to add on to the script to make the game more unique.
I have a free server, But I'd imagine for the site no mor than $50 a month for a server.

Help with transfer: Yes I will. I will keep it hosted until all files are copied over to your server and for a few days after you change name servers on the domain name so you never have any down time
The site does have a newsletter. I have not yet made the script to send it out. But there is a subscribe/unsubscripe option in the players accounts for the newsletter.
The site include the domain name, the script, the layout, the database, and the stat tracker.
asking price: I have had offers for as high as $2,000. That or anything above is the asking price.
