how much is your setup fee for call center services?

I'm not trying to be difficult... but I do have an honest question... When you say offshore answering... do they speak english well? I know Microsoft has a lot of problems with customers getting angry at being sent to nevernever land and the person on the other end can barely understand them. I'm just curious....

Hopefully they are accent neutral call center reps! :)
