Also Starting from scratch with Frontpage

LOL s'ok.. :) Glad I could help with everything else... The template is yours when you're ready....The other designer said no problem to the split we discussed... Tutorials for FrontPage are impossible... My best advice is to just begin playing around with it... You have my number if you get lost... I'm always around and will try and help you as much as I can... Start off with finding a site you like, and playing with colors and layouts...LOL Like you said yesterday .. Yellow is best to avoid! LOL When in doubt, use tables to push things where you want it to go... Be careful with SWISH and FLASH as you don't want to irritate your customers.... If your going to use them.. Use them SMALL! We all have to start somewhere! Call me if I can help (just not after midnite EST .. gotta sleep eventually!)

i toiled away with front page 98 for many hours back in the day. never really got too far with it. it makes using tables pretty easy for the most part. their is some amount of built in template support but most of them will look like the site came right out of the box.
