Pay per click directories with high PR

not sure what a pay per click directory is but one that takes paid submissions with high pr is bluefind at http://www.bluefind.com

Actually I mean a directory that lists your site but you only pay every time someone clicks on your link.

ahh okay. most of them will jump your link through a re-direct i expect.

Google can still follow them I think.
