How often do you backup your database?

I don't burn them to CD as often as I should but I transfer them to multiple machines daily. The chance of all the machines going down should be unlikely.

I should probably back up more. I do with some projects, but not enogh.

If your website is of great value (and even if it isn't) as a webmaster discipline, daily backups is a good rule to follow. Losing data is not good. Glad to hear that you recovered, Paul :)
