It's hard to say but they made a lot of changes since April as compared to last year. And most of the changes seem to be geared at slowing down SEOs.

Google treats-as a word space web-mastery.net versus webmastery.net so buytemplates.net should be buy-templates.net I think that it looks a bit spammy though if you use more than 2 words so buy-templates.net is ok but buy-flash-templates.net just looks bad I have seen it overdone to many times.

i think he was saying if you don't have a keyword domain you need to use anchor text! if you have a keyword domain, any link is anchor text.
perhaps he is just trying to diversify backlink text. either that or he knows nothing about seo (not BK the other guy)

Spotted that. Want more though. Seems a funny update when the link command dosnt show all the sites google has found linked to you. my allinurl command finds 236 yet link only finds 33.
The link command is over-rated these days. According to Google it shows a random sample of links. What good is a random sample?

the main thing it changes is how webmasters view their sites. in the past toolbar pr would update within 72 hours of the link: command changing. it might still update.
