Im trying to start a serious religion here and your pulling the piss. I'll be honest with you, I want to make a lot of money! The tax breaks alone granted church organizations have made religion a multi-trillion dollar business worldwide. Make no mistakes about it, religion is BIG business. Most church organizations (particularly the Roman Catholic Church) have financial advisors, real estate holdings, stocks & bonds, issue loans with interest, along with a host of other money making methods. I want a piece of that pie. I love power and control. There are three subjects that instill the most conversation and passion in people: religion, politics and sex. With my new religion I can have all three! I will have political power as my new religion and church financial holdings grow, and I can have all the sex (safe) I want as indicated by the past history of the papacy, and contemporary religious scandals show. Im currently working on a plan.

I was down on Panama City Beach yesterday looking for work in the concrete condo towers that are going up (Billions of dollars worth all along the coast, there are at least 50 new skyscraper condos going up at this time) and the wind was whipping through big time so you know that there is change coming (cold)....

Old homes need new foundations after 50 years or so, they need to be completely lifted up and put on new foundations, most of them after a while are sinking in the sand and new foundations are needed if they are worth saving. Most investors buy old homes, tear them down and build new on the lots, they just buy the old homes for the land and bulldoze them and put million dollor buildings up. I have a lot of stuff that I could put on eBay from 61 T-Bird car doors to music boxes and all kinds of other stuff that is stuffed in semi-trailers that I could never find unless I could unload the trailers. Got to have a big building to do that and I have not built one big enough yet. So I am between a rock and a hard place, I just need to make my bills at this time so I can keep my sites up and not lose my land. So that is why I have to work right now because my regular business has been hit because of the economy.
Well maybe you could slowly unload the trailers ( a box at at a time if need be ) and put the items up for sale as you come across them? This might be a way to clear things out without having to build a storage barn or whatever. There are always so many ways of looking at a situation. Sometimes we just need someone to take a look from the outside. You can turn things around, if that is really what you want to do. There are a lot more opportunities out there and sometimes the glass ceilings we set on ourselves are the only thing that holds us back. You don't have to build condos!
I understand because I have been self employed most of my life, but when business is slow a job is sure money and that is what I really need at this time so I do not lose everything.

No Brigid, most of the old homes are small shacks and cottages that were built on small concrete supports 50 years ago and they are not worth saving so folks buy up 4 or 5 of these lots next to each other and tear the old stuff down or move it and then build multi-million dollar concrete structures or sink 100 foot long telephone poles in the earth and build on stilts so the water flows under the building in a storm. It is not so easy to acquire even old shacks on small lots on the beach, I called on one lot with an old house on it, small lot only 200' x 200' or so and they wanted 800 grand for the property.
