Not to mention sending a 500 Billion + a month to the Mid Eastern oil interests. BK, I have been in the Promotional Products industry since 1980, see these two sites. www.advertisingspecialtybrands.com and www.boardmedia.com We got tore up by the recession in sales promotional products in the last 4 years. You folks have to realize that China is now our largest creditor, owning even our mortgage bonds. When you make your house payment you are being financed by China today.

steel is still produced. mini-mills even make big profits.
I firmly believe that all people (Americans especially) have every opportunity to make their lives into whatever they want it to be. I can't blame a president for my financial stability. (or lack of, if that were the case.) I think timeliness has to do with everything. We can use Edwin and his love of rap music as an example. 50 years ago, this type of music was unheard of, now it is the stuff incredible wealth is made of. Another good example, Kobe Bryant and his unfortunate decision to sleep around when Labron James was making his superstar entry into the NBA. He ended up taking Kobe's 7-Up contract that was worth millions. Being in the right place at the right time makes all of the difference in the world :) In the times of outsourcing this gives entrepreuners the chance to do things without having to hire. If you are on the net, it is cost effective to only pay for projects that need you need done when you need them. If you don't have steady work for an employee or two, the payroll can kill you. Just a few of my thoughts...
