ISAPI Rewrite versus Mod rewrite

i vote for idiot. look at how fast the rewrites are on web-mastery and any other nuke you visit. they all run on l.a.m.p. how much traffic would you need to have for it to make a difference. probably 300k or more daily. plus the licensing fees!

Thats what i thought. its only £20 a year more though but I dont think server 2003 is better than linux hosting also web-mastery is running on apache im sure not lamp. Apache/2.0.49 (Unix) DAV/2 PHP/4.3.6

could be. but linux saves you a lot of money in the long run.

Since linux is free i dont know if that is an accurate statement? do you mean competition for microsoft or competition between open source???
