Need help! Making a "registry" type site

does your server have php and mysql access? if it does there are a number of scripts that should be able to do what you ask.

I havent even chosen a place yet. whoever it is it will have to be free. I DID sign up for free hosting at netfirms though... It doesnt have mysql but it does have FrontPage Exts. & Perl (CGI-Bin). Is there some way I could do it without Mysql?
