http://www.w3c.org/ Has an online html validator... Also look for HTML Tidy.. Which is what we use in conjuction with TopStyle Pro... You can find HTML Tidy on the above link... both the online and Tidy are free :)

The only way to get a perfect clean page (with or without validators..) is simple... Have ONE and ONLY ONE person designing the site.. By hand.. From Scratch... with Notepad...
