the fans are wrong and so are the players. but no way should the player assault the fans. thats biting the hand that feeds you. that was a crappy display by some real idiots.

Disgraceful. The players make too much money to behave like they are common trash. I think that all sports are getting to the point that people should just tune out. No more money for the players, no players left. People should vote with their feet. Stop paying. No more paychecks.
This will not hurt the NBA, hockey has always drawn fans because of the fights. If anything the TV ratings will go up. Only in America can you capitalize from something like this. Television provides most of the cash flow, not fans in the stands.
I think too many people are too involved with sports. The players still get paid no matter what they do. I think some of the players have problems in their personal lives and can't help but bring the drama of it onto the court or field (as the case may be) I don't spend money buying their merchandising or tickets. :!:
