My questions would be the same as Edwin's... with one added ... is it css? is it FrontPage? ... Is it a layout or a template? ... If its FrontPage.. your server needs FrontPage Extensions Installed... and you simply publish from Frontpage... If its a CSS layout you can use FrontPage, FTP, and more.... It also depends on what you're using to edit the template/layout... even if it is CSS .. if you are changing it and working on it in FrontPage... you're going to want to publish from FrontPage so you don't risk messing it up...

You're welcome! :) Just make sure you create a new web... do all your editing .. and then simply publish... FrontPage is very simple with uploading.. :) One Key tho: When publishing a site for the first time.. you want to publish ALL pages.. (you'll see the button to click when you publish) ... You want to overwrite all in the directory... Later.. when you make changes, you can simply just publish changed pages..
