Monitoring Ad Clicks / stats

Are these affiliate banners? Any decent affiliate program should be telling you what kind of click thru things you are getting? I don't know of any specific program that will give you exact click out information... But I will look into it... I think I heard of a couple.. but cannot remember what they are ...
