Ok "guys" at the risk of lurking :roll: . I did offer what I do know very well. I just don't speak much web language :( . I can offer real estate advise but I'm on the wrong site for that. I did try to follow some of your posts, to me it's like another language. So I diden't mean to hurt anyones feelings or offend anyone with my smash and grab tactics, I do appreciate your referrals I'm waiting to see how it goes. I think you are a great group with a great site and would recomend anyone to it. Thanks Dave
