The content is irrelevant to Google in many ways, but's it relevant to actually building a "stream" of traffic which can carry you for awhile. But many time, searches looking for "quick answers" are not likely prospects to be converted into some sort of sale. A reader who reads an entire 400 word page product review is probably then likely to continue on to make the purchase. Even e-commerce sites will probably have to add more and more content at some point to at least make some people into repeat visitors. Completely bunk pages ultimately will fail under the pressure. As to FPWorld, you now rank number 4 for [url=http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=frontpage+2003&ei=UTF-8&fr=fp-tab-web-t&cop=mss&tab=]Frontpage 2003[/url] The page isn't optimized for that phrase but the links pointing at it from my footer are. Anchor text is still the main thing. However, it required flipping the anchor text of "Frontpage Templates" to "Templates Frontpage" to bring the site back from the dead. If the phrase is reversed, and Google re-indexes, then FP World should go to number one wiith the next update. Or will the trigger be activated? That's what we need to ponder.
