I have a layout made, how do I code it?

Hi Cayden! :welcome Have you heard of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)? That would be a handy way for you to use a layout and it also makes it portable to almost every type of design program.

thanks for the welcome! Yes, I've heard of CSS, but wouldn't know the first thing on even how to approach the layout :?

what program are you using now? do you ever hand edit the files?

cayden, if you plan on doing website design in your future, its definitely a good idea to learn how to hand edit sites. css is an excellent choice. that way when you go to seo your site it will be very easy :)

I've never used any programs to do my sites. I hand code it all...

If you coded it yourself, then css shouldn't be a problem for you. Just check out some examples and copy the tags for reference and you should be fine :wink:

Tell us how it goes! What is your content? You may not even need CSS.
