I’ve been converting to forms with the subject of the email being a field from the form itself and the reply address being the email address entered. It reduces the spam I get and makes sure I get all the information I need –not to mention it is easy to do in FrontPage.
at this point i wouldn't even consider using anything but a form. the mailto will get harvested so many times that it will be useless. use forms if at all possible.
Form is always a good idea. It's all up to you.
