Adsense Payout Doomed to Decrease over time

Thats one thing that always bothered me... They never do say how much you get paid... For all you know you are putting these ads of competitors and things on your site... Google gets $2.00/click and you get 5 cents! Doesn't seem fair.. there should be a way to regulate it and make it fair...

its a good point. since they are a business they are going to want to lower their cost to you and increase the cost to the advertiser. that is one way they could continously increase their earnings and make sure their share price always goes up.

Maybe they will increase the charge to the advertiser. Or the bids will automatically go up because of competition.

Google dosent payout good enough for me so I think I am going to switch to another program. Anyone suggest anyones that payout better?

the sad truth is that google is usually the best. you may check specific affiliate programs depending on your subject. maybe you can sell a product yourself.

I don't think anyone else is even in the same league as Google AdSense. They had a full page ad in Forbes for Google Adsense. The program is pretty huge and they're trying to brand it quick. Again their main competitor is Yahoo. If Overture releases a competing publishing network, then competition could increase payout!

why wouldn't they release one? i think they will.

They updated their T.O.S. this week. Pretty one sided ;)
