I like the design very much, unfortunetly you are going to get little-no search engine rankings with that flash menu unless you have some text links cleverly hidden somewhere... I found this out the very sad and hard frusteratingly difficult way. That's all I can think of right now...the site is very slick, very slick. Oh, the beyond reality logo in the corner looks a little jerky or something when it starts its loop over. But it isn't bad at all, just something to look at. Hope this helps and welcome to the forum!
Make sure to extend your content a bit too. You have a few lines but try to be descriptive as possible.
Thanks Guys-Ill begin to post around here once Ive got a few clients finished. With the color contrast, this is what I thought, it needed some more color (I wanted to do some on the over state of the buttons perhaps?) [quote:dafd0f6669]unfortunetly you are going to get little-no search engine rankings with that flash menu unless you have some text links cleverly hidden somewhere[/quote:dafd0f6669] Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks-Alex
:welcome to Web-Mastery, Khazun Your site looks very nice, I like it. Don't get too scared about the search engines ranking. You will do just fine. First of all, don't be too clever and try hiding some links on your site. Don't forget that spiders read the code not the visual side and will penalize you for doing that. Instead what I always try to do when working with flash menu, I put the same navigation which you used in the flash at the bottom of the page in text format like so: [quote:94918a7c0d]Home l Services l Support l About Us[/quote:94918a7c0d] This way you will have spiderable navigation. Oh yeah, and add much more body text in there and don't forget to keep your keyword density between 3 and 7%. Good luck!
Thanks-your website is quite good too. Thats what I thought I should do-but I wound up with this :P Im still not sure, I thought that people would be better on my site, add a more personal touch?
sometimes people add a nice personal touch. other times they look very corny.
yes-I cna undersand what you mean. When a site produces pictures of people, I fel I can trust the company more, but when used incorrectly I feel that the company is one big scam.
Same thing goes for testimonials. If they appear real it can help close the sale, but if they seem made up, it's a big warning flag.
