Yep. Someone running a script to charge you for bogus traffic is unethical. Just my thoughts!
i wonder if there are even laws against it. i tend to doubt it. i bet if you read their agreement very carefully they will probably disclaim everything. i bet they don't guarantee the "humaness" of the vistors.
I having been getting many more spam offers by these types of companies. One company claims you can buy keywords right in the address bar, whatever the heck that means.
Stay away from promises when it comes to web ranking and it sounds to good to be true.. 8)
