I've never ever used frontpage. Can you just edit the code? Because if you do that you simply do <embed src="yourfile.mp3/mid/wav etc" autostart="true/false" hidden="true/false" loop="true/false"> Big background files aren't a good thing ^-^;;() i like midi files... people dont really want incredable background files i dont think. That's more of something you click on and then it plays it. Just my two cents :)
Ricky raises a good point. Rather than hit the visitor with a big file you may want to place a link to it and give them a chance to agree to listen to it.

Create a flash music player. Best way to do it.
