Clcik through rate on Adsense

You're not really supposed to talk about the CTR, but I have seen people talking about it a bit lately. I would consider a 3.5% pretty good. If you could get it closer to 5% that would be very good.

you need to add a whole lot of text to you pages. one of your pages says "sdfsdfasdfdsfsdfdsfdsfsaf" lol! the more content the better the page gets read by the ad server algo.

Does google bother looking over framed websites? It seems as though google doesn't look at frames and this is affecting my rankings in google. Any suggestions? Also I dropped adsense because my clickthrough rate dropped to around one percent.
