If you find something interesting, then chances are someone else will too. If you build a website around something that you are both interested in and know something about, then people will love to visit that site.

whatever you make your site about, make it the best site you can!
No matter what you do, if the site is about you and your GF it will be a unique site... (there is noone identical to you!) ... You just want to make something that is fun, give people a reason to visit... Find information or tools significant to things about you.... As always... Have fun! :)
