This latest PR update definitely seems off. I'm not paying much attention to it. The devaulation of internal pages and the overall reduction seems artificial. I have no idea if it's a complete re-calculation of the web. How would I know? Since I don't work for Google and they aren't talking, we just have to wait and see and speculate. I'm hoping for a quick update again and hoping to see an increase in PR again.
no idea. i think pagerank is infinite! why would there be a limit? they probably raised the threshold for what they consider to be links. more of their attempts at quality control. you need more and more links and you need lots of content. the small sites got hammered the hardest. at least add a blog to your site so its easy to create more html pages. keep them all on topic.
Maybe there have been more webpages added/ indexed. :?: If they add lesser existing sites and new additional websites the index would have to grow. Just a thought?

Im really trying to drum up some top link partners to build a backlink strategy with, and Im hoping that doing it here will work out! So here is the deal. I can put any link you want on my PR8 ranked site on over 100,000 pages. It is a general info site (which is great!) and is ranked on Alexa at 2,500th in the world.
