yep it supports apache and htaccess also need to prevent stealing photos by clicking "save as"

use visual basic then.
There are a lot of scripts that help you do that. Unfortunately most of them add hundreds of lines of code to your page and make it very slow. Why are you so worried about someone stealing your images? If they really want to they will find a way to do it anyways but if they don't care then they won't even try.

Use Watermarks. That would be the easiest. Or if there's enough money at stake, go with a customized script.
Use javascript with a load into frames script inside frames. or you sould use an applet. it wont stop a screenshot though. nothing will.
