i want to know what kakkola finland is like! sounds nice !
this is how the town portrays itself http://www.kokkola.fi/indexuk.htm it's a nice place, and it will be even nicer when spring gets here properly.

hmm. the population of kokkola has remained almost exactly the same since 1980! what explains this trend?

Looks like a pretty cool place to me. There are so many places in this world to see..
don't know why Kokkola's population has stayed more or less the same - i've only been here for 2 1/2 years, but generally in finland population has stayed fairly constant - around the 5 million mark
