I think you should. Make sure to take care in your description as it is very important anchor text for your linking strategy.
One problem with that fourtimes, is that the editors end up typing over your descriptions anyway :)
You may want to save your money/time. From what I can tell, JoeAnt listings don't show in Google. Could be because of session IDs.
i get like 3 people a day clicking from JoeAnt. so thats 1000 unique visitors a year. it can't hurt. also they automatically accept you as an editor.
I've never even heard of joeant. I think I might pass on it..
I always try to keep myself listed in as many areas of the web as possible. Kinda the avoid keeping all your eggs in one basket theory. So, yes, I would list in JoeAnt. You never know when one search engine will fall and another will rise. ie...AltaVista vs. Google Just my thoughts though....
i haven't seen a JoeAnt referrer in a LONG time.

Very much congrats on the 7.. as for passing on them because you havn't heard of them... or because you only get 1 or 2 hits here and there... Couple things to remember... Just because you havn't heard of them.. doesn't mean millions of others havn't...Noone can know every directory, or every site...:) Doesn't mean they arn't darn good sites .. Nowadays.. every incomming link counts... I say submit to them if for no other reason then to up your link count...Even if it gives you nothing.. the search engines don't care what they give you... only that you are there... and Ummm Page rank 7???? A link from that... taking 2 min of your time to submit... is it really that bad of a deal??????
JoeAnt is the pre-eminent directory here...after all they're the only ones that post here. And Link-Pimp too :)
