I agree completely with edwin here... I'd NEVER pay for those companies.. I have several resources that are tools, we use/have used in the past, and so have a lot of our customers.. So basically what your saying is...if I just keep some good links going with good content on my site google will find me on its own? So really I don't have a need of submitting to them every 2 weeks or month or whatever? As long as I have some links out and get crawled I'll be ok? If thats the case im paying someone for nothing?
You are better off doing it yourself in my opinion... You may not get into "20,000 search engines" .. but I don't believe for one minute they actually put you in that many anyways... Like edwin said earlier... you are better off just listing in the major ones (tho I disagree about it just being those two) ... Google PayPerClick is also something that I'd agree everyone who wants major traffic should do...
yep. you won't need to pay for submission. spiders will follow every link they find, so when they come upon your link they will follow it and grab your site. they all vary on how long it takes to get in the index, but rest assured, you will definitely get in all of them.
