Fumble GOOGLE!!!!! It comes down to this, if you owned a newspaper and took a advertisement for a JohnDeere tractor knowing that the seller was not a dealer for JohnDeere tractors would you be a publisher of integrity (If you knew that fact) by accepting that ad? I know that trademark laws must be policed by the Trademark owner or it becomes public domain, that is part of the Trademark law, a requirement by the Trademark owner to police his Trademark or is is subject to becoming public domain... Now if I went online as JOEBLOWForum and fooled customers into coming into that forum by calling it WEBMASTERY.us simply because folks knew this forum and it got a lot of traffic that I wanted to highjack, would I be considered a ethical operator by you gentleman? This is the whole problem with Google and why they keep fumbling the ball, they do not care about integrity, ethics, goodwill or not being evil (that is hype) they just want to make as much money as fast as they can and explain things later. Well this type of attitude is going to Destroy Google, we live in a business world that is filled with laws, lawyers who can not wait to file suit against anyone, now when you mess with folks with more money and power than you, you are going to lose this game, unless Google buys the court system and the Government they do not have a chance to win this game. They have brought to many problems to themselves all at the same time, crunch time, pile on time is here now........and Microsoft and Yahoo and all the other Engines like www.ask.com are going to give them a run for this market while Google is spending time and money defending themselves. Look for them to settle all of these cases out of court....and fast......
their position seems untenable. everything theyre doing now is threatening the very foundation of the internet and peoples expectations on it. fairness indicates that if people build up a name then you shouldnt squat on their traffic and then sell it back to them!
Conpiracy theory fits here folks, Google has all of its faithful believers fooled, you can see the redirection of traffic in the index by looking at the research on http://www.webcenter.squarespace.com What Google is doing is this, a search user punches in a trademark, Google runs competitors of the trademark owners in front of the search engine user in the form of ADWORDS and redirection listings in the SERP's. The traffic is then diverted to those who pay Google to highjack the Trademark owners customers who sought to find the goods or services of the Trademark owner. The conspiracy is between Google and those who buy the keywords that conflict with the Trademark owners rights to that mark. That is what all the Trademark lawsuits are about, diversion of traffic by Google to competitors of the Trademark owner, Google is Guilty and they know this, these cases will all be settled out of court after Google stalls as long as they can...They have been dirverting even non-trademarked keywords to their advertising partners as you will see in the link in this post.

that's really strange. cool name though. i have a suspision! i think it's some unknown scheme that deletes the secret URL from google and they're going to take over the world using some evil web crawler. you think that's a reasonable theory? or do you guys have other ideas--i say we use mine untill a better one shows up 8-)
