welcome to the forum! it's good, but i have a few ideas. 1) usually for bussiness sites like yours black backgrounds aren't the prefered color 2) if you do have a black background, red is not a good text color--some people have trouble reading red on black 3) you should probably get your own domain, it really adds to the profesional touch. you may also consider getting rid of the "hosted by" link, i know it takes some money but it's an idea. 4) the picture in the center of the page is a bit pixelated 5) the text is scrunched a little close to the banner on my tiny monitor set to 800x600. I hope that helps! It's a good site, just some ideas though.
hi and welcome yeah the ads down the bottom look like they were just throw anywhere also where you have LINK TO US you have directly below it Free web hosting solutions, could be a bit confusing as the link to us looks like a header
one more thing, i dont think it's good design for the "Top 10 Independent Web Hosting Reviews" link to completely vanish when you roll over it, and i agree the ads are a bit random looking.
