Thanks for the insight, but what about the other oddity that I seem to have with http://sheboyganbuilders.com/index.html being on the second page but having jack of a page rank and our major competition sits on page three with a page rank of three. And once again thanks for the insight.
I'm getting a 404 for that page.

dont be too concerned with the page rank you see on the toolbar. its always a few weeks out of date. pages start ranking for the phrase before the toolbar updates. id almost guarantee this site will be ranking soon. dont think the sheboygan builder seo market is that filled up yet :)

And well he didn’t go to the school of SEO. No use of meta info, put about every link in the world with the word Sheboygan on his front page to the point it damages his SEO the best I have seen him is page three and I am on low page one last time I checked. And mine looks prettier :)
