photoshop 7.0 or imageready 7.0 but mostly use photoshop 7.0
dont do it by pixels do it by %. type 75% in the first box. slide down to 75% in the second box. when you do it by percentage it will maintain the proportions.
after each time that you resize use Filter > sharpen > unsharp mask. try a setting of around 30% and a radius of 1-2 pixels. also it's better to reisize i 25% or 50%'s at a time. what format is the original logo in? is it raster (bitmap) or vector (paths) and what program was it done in?
its a gif, but it the program won't let me into the filters page with that image, odd. oh well but it looks a whole lot better now thanks guys.
you can copy the gif and then save it as a .psd. then you can usually manipulate it easily.
you need to convert it to RGB first from indexed colour, then save for web as in gif format when you have finished resizing.
