Clicksor is *NOT* better than adsense. They do have the ability to pay (I was paid by them) but their advertiser penetration is significantly less than google's, which causes all the search terms to be significantly underbid. (I am currently seeing an average of 3 cents/click) Another reason they aren't as good is because there's no automatic targeting. Google figures out the keywords for each of your pages on its own while Clicksor makes you define site-wide keywords manually - which is a big pain in the ass... Nevertheless, because Clicksor offers their codes in pretty much every size that AdSense does, they are a good candidates to run as defaults for adsense's less common media sizes (such as the half skyscraper and the 125 button)
